Beautiful Blooms

Here are some beautiful hyacinth flowers from my garden.  There is nothing better than having fresh flowers in your home…I know most would agree.
Today I have been thinking about the old sayings…. treat others the way you want to be treated….you reap what you sow….. and what goes around comes around.  We have all heard it before.. probably from the time we were little children.  But they are true words aren’t they?
Mostly we think of it in a negative sense.  Don’t treat others badly or they will treat you badly back.  But this also works for the opposite.  Be kind and expect kindness in return.   Help others and they will help you.  The list could, surely, go on and on.
Just as flowers are beautiful and bring joy, they first were little seeds that had to be planted before they grew into beautiful blooms.  I hope that the seeds I tend to plant are good, kind and generous to others because the blooms are sure to be gorgeous!

Hi i was reading the comment you left at Absolutely Beautiful Things and you asked about anzac day.

ANZAC was the name given to the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps soldiers who landed on the Gallipoli Peninsula in Turkey early on the morning of 25 April 1915 during the First World War (1914-1918).

As a result, one day in the year has involved the whole of Australia in solemn ceremonies of remembrance, gratitude and national pride for all our men and women who have fought and died in all wars. That day is ANZAC Day — 25 April.

    Hope that satisfies your curiosity
