Have you ever wanted your own secret garden? I know I have. Today we were out in the garden (I suppose I should call it a yard but garden sounds so much prettier..so I’m sticking to it) and my little E had a friend over and they were running around, in princess attire of course, in search of fairies and their mushroom homes. My sister and a friend stopped by and I put some tea on (Amalia and I always have tea together) and we used my newly renovated outdoor set (I’ll post before & after pics later this week). Which, I have to say, is now white with hot pink and blood orange cushions. It just felt pretty.
Now, my garden definitely needs some work. However, you should know, that my husband is a landscaper, which is a good thing but most of the time we are last on the list. I’ve got my hopes up this year for the English garden he promised me. Hopefully I will be able to post some before and after pictures in the months to come.
The pictures above are just magical. Dream house material.. but a girl can dream, can’t she?
Let us be grateful to people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.
