L-O-V-E

{image source unknown -sorry}

Loving this picture.  Love the earthy-ness and love anything with a chalkboard & French saying and love anything that says LOVE.  I also spy an Eiffel tower, some fabulous sunglasses and a cool old camera.  But mostly I love the je t’aime.
Couldn’t we all use a little more love?  So why not give a little?  Even if you are the one needing it the most and you feel there is none to muster up to give.  There is.  Somewhere deep down in your heart is love.  And tis the season of it being far better to give than it is to receive.  And I can think of no better gift than true unconditional love.  Love that asks for nothing in return but just is.
And if you are one that finds your self wishing to be on the receiving end just remember that what goes around comes around and the best thing of all is that we all reap what we sow.  If you sow a little love you are bound to reap a lot in return.
So in the hustle and bustle and busyness of trying to find the perfect gift don’t forget about love.  There is nothing more perfect than Love.

    I loved this post. Have you seen the movie, “The Umbrellas of Cherbourg”? It’s a French musical, with a lot of technicolor, and I love it, mostly because of one scene when the girl sings “je t’aime, je t’aime, je t’aime” to her love as he rides away to war. It’s gorgeous and this reminded me of it.
