I am totally feeling the disco ball decor.  I think it definitely adds a splash of fun.  What a great use of juxtaposition . . . to set add a bit of flair and take away any pretension from a formal living room.  I think this might be on my to do list (although this will definitely put me on the crazy list with my hubby but then most likely on the fun mommy list as well).
