Cheery Chairs

Thought I would share a couple of chairs with you that I had re-upholstered recently.  The first chair is a child’s chair that I purchased from Euro Trash last year.  I love the way it turned out.  And the second is a garage sale purchase.  I’m quite pleased with it but the color of the fabric is a little off from what I was wishing for.  Still super cute and fun though.

Do you do this for a living, or is it just for your own home? Anyway, I see you are a creative person. Maybe you could join the challenge on Sweeterliving.blogspot.com? You might enjoy it…

The chairs look great! They are pretty out there, which is pretty cool for such vintage chairs. I must go to more garage sales. I would love this sort of chair.

    Thanks everyone.
The smaller chair is in my daughters room and it is my favorite.
I don't do this for a living. I'd be in trouble if I did. It took me almost a year to get these done. But now that I've done it once I think I could move a little quicker. I was really lucky because I fond an upholster that was really really reasonable (you'll have to let me know if I'm wrong). $100 for the little chair and $150 for the regular sized one.
And the union jack pillow I bought last year while I was in England so it's a special little thing.

Feeling better but still having some headaches. But each day can only get better! Thanks for asking!

Hope you all have a lovely lovely weekend!
    xx

The charis are "la la lovely" and French style is my favorite. I have "redone" several for my shop/boutique and will post them later on.
I am just starting my blog and so happy to discover all of the fabulous ones out there –
But, mine needs much work. How did you get the photos to the right to upload and comments on them? I'm still trying to figure it all out.
