Here is what I’m reading . . .
Being pregnant with #3 means just picking a fun preggers book. I picked this one up in England last year, as you can’t buy it stateside. It is a pregnancy and first year baby book by Jools Oliver, Jamie Oliver’s, wife. It’s pretty basic but kinda fun if you’re a Naked Chef Fan.
Consider this a modern book cover for a classic. I love this image by Richard Wilkinson. And the book is Sense and Sensibility. I’m adoring it. But that should be no surprise. Austen is a favorite of mine.
And What I’m Listening to . . .

Angus and Julia Stone. Perfect summer chilling music. A brother and sister duo from Australia. Loving the Windy City track.

Wonderful blog – so sad that I don't know any people like yourself (creative with similar interests) that live nearer to me!
Rats… Keep up the great work though :) Fondly, Amber

Never heard of the duo… hmmmm…maybe Norway is just too far away from Australia. I love summer chilling music though, so I would probably enjoy it!
Now books… I love! Austen *swoon*, naked chef (not bad either…)
My favorite book right now is the Cathedral of the Sea (El Catedral del Mar) by Ildefonso Falcone. It's a historic novel from the middle ages. The setting is Barcelona and the story kept me awake for 3 nights… So if you like historic novels – you might like this one!
Have a great week!

I love Jools Oliver's book and The Adventures of Dottie and Bluebell (her children's book) is gorgeous. My daughter loves it and wants it over and over again. The illustrations are lovely (a bit Cath Kidston crossed with old time nostalgia whimsy) The other pregnancy book I enjoyed were all the books written by Liz Fraser the UK 'Yummy Mummy' She writes very well and has a lovely website and Blog as well. x
