Isn’t she picture perfect?

My little big girl is 7 (well tomorrow to be exact but according to her party it was this weekend).

Remember my cupcakes? I used Meg’s icing and topped them with candy rings? Jewelry and cupcakes, combined. Could it get any better?

Time is flying or so it seems.
They do like to grow up when there is growing to do, don’t they? And I have found, that when the growing is done it just can’t be undone. So I hope for year number 7 that the the only thing that grows is the magic. Because, when you are all grown, after all, magic must be made. And isn’t magic most magicky when it discovered and not made? Fairy dust is not just glitter, I know this to be true. So sprinkle some here and sprinkle some there. Repeat “I do believe in fairies, I do, I do,” 2x and be sure your eyes are closed….Now open your eyes in wonder and all there is left to do is see what happens next….whatever it is…it will be magicky, of that I am quite certain!
And speaking of my fairy friends, do you know the Urban Fairies? Fairy doors popping up all over Ann Arbor, Michigan. Can you imagine? I was going to take El on a road trip to see them and I just have to make it happen this year, I just have to. I am pretty certain that the fairies might take up residence at my house at some point. I wonder what type of door they will bring?
