Thanks for helping me debrownify.
I’m loving all of your suggestions. And I’m still greedy for more. {click click}!
And a big thank you for all of your crazy nice comments & compliments (what a bunch of sunshine that really brightens the brown).
Isn’t this brown couch great? Look . . . it has velvet cushions – what a way to cozy it up.
I’m pretty sure I’m going to paint now (you all gave me some confidence). And I think I’ll go light (see light walls, brown couch). And does anyone know what kind and/or a good place to buy fabric for slip covering those garbage chairs?
If you haven’t left a suggestion in the comments. . .
Please do . . .
here is what you can win:
I’m feeling kind of inspirational today. Sometimes really rainy days do that to me in the weirdest of ways (I always say it’s my English blood) and oh my mermaid of a sister is coming over today. Tea with a mermaid, yes that is always a happy good thing. Anyhow, I’ve never ever read this quote. And I’ve never thought of this play on words. Don’t you love it? And guess who said it? Audrey Hepburn. Even better now, right? And you can even pick your color of words, pink or blue.
Hey and speaking of inspirational quotes… I cleaned out my closet, which looked like an episode of hoarders, ALL day on Saturday. And I put up a few little framed quotes here and there. Things to think on. You might as well get your mind dressed for the day, too, right? Just a little idea and I think this quote would be one of those perfect pretties for a closet. Just a thought.
Have a possible day…full of possibilities!

That couch is great. Makes me want to take a nap.
And, yep, I'm voting for the light colored walls.

Love "I'm Possible quote". Another quote for the creative closest is "An artist is at home aeverywhere" – author unknown.

If you have the room, a narrow table of some sort would look fantastic behind the couch … It'd really give the room a little something extra!
