How’s your day? I’ve been running a million miles an hour. I’ve got one in soccer and one in t-ball (this is all new to me) & the other hanging from my hip… and well, I have to say this is the first week of games and it is already kicking my butt. I’m not quite sure how to do dinner (a heathly one) with one game at 5:30 & the other at 7:00. Any super easy recipes or ideas… do tell.
I thought you might like a little bit of shiny. I know I could use some today.
Today I read about this Brit pop singer, Pixie Lott. I don’t know if her music is any good. I don’t know much about music these days… I just liked her name. I mean what if someone really named their girl Pixie? I might.
Oh… and I didn’t forget, I promise . . .
The winner is 17 West Lane {comment #4 chosen by random.org}. Congratulations! Please e-mail me with your name & addy and choice of color (pink or blue) for the I’m Possible print.

Chicken cutlets are my go-to for a quick and healthy weeknight dinner. They cook in no time and after they're done cooking you can use the juices to make a delicious pan sauce.

Easy to tweak depending on tastes!

Don't know if you have a Trader Joe's near you but I always have some of their pizza dough in my fridge or freezer. It makes for a quick (10 min in the oven), easy (whatever is in the fridge goes on the pizza) and somewhat healthful dinner.

Wow, we've almost got the same schedule. I've got soccer, t-ball, and tae kwon do practice during the week and games on Saturdays! I usually have to make twice as much of everything to have left overs.
