The first thing I can tell you is that Nate is super cute in person (as if anyone doubted that) and it was really fun to see him up close and in action.
The set was gorgeous (rightfully so) and I’m now wanting one of Nate’s rugs from HSN (come to think of it . . . something from his HSN line would have been the perfect swag, yes?).
So let me tell you what else I liked . . . I liked Dena Blizzard the comedian who “warmed up” the audience. I liked the Q& A time at the end with Nate. He was genuine and showed true interest in the topic of conversation.
Forget the like, now and here is what I LOVED . . . meeting other bloggers. Now I can say “my friend” so and so, instead of, “my blogger” friend, so and so {me & Kirsten of Simply Grove}.
I’m sure you might have read this or that about what people did not like. I just don’t feel like writing about it. All I will say is that I, too, wish there would have been some mention {on air} of the design blogger audience.
Oh . . . and this is what I wore (with some gray tights and brown ankle boots).
me & my dear friend, Rebekah.
There is MUCH more to be said about New York and my trip . . . tomorrow!
ps – to see the rest of the apartment that was featured on the show you can click here and the name of the blog is House of Brinson.

Popping by from BYW class. It's great, isn't it. I am so excited to find your blog, so much fun content to peruse. I am looking forward to coming again to enjoy more inspiration – the design kind and living a great life kind. :)

I can't believe we didn't met! Now in seeing your apt I realize you were standing with Kirsten right when I came up to her!!!
So sorry I didn't say hello. I have no excuse. I just exhausted and it didn't hit me to just now that I "knew" you!!!!
Truly sorry. Hope you had fun!

Found your blog by way of Tart Paperie (from her sidebar). Funny thing is that I went to the Nate Event with Stefanie of Brooklyn Limestone. Just happened to get to the bottom of your blog and see that you were there too! Small world;)
