Today was “dress like your favorite story book character” day at school. And this is my little Pippi Longstocking. I am like all smiles and hearts that she picked Pippi not only for her fav and her best but also because it doesn’t get any better than dressing up like that! L has been sick since Tuesday and it’s getting a little stir crazyish around these parts. I’m sure the week- end will bring some fresh air and good health. And … I got the Ghost Chairs this week. So check back next week as I can’t wait to fill you in on them!
…………………..
If Pippi makes you smile too, then you are sure to adore Lauren Child’s version
I want so want to make this. You will too. Maybe a girls get together for a little DIY?
I’m already dreaming of what I’m going to wear as soon as baby is born. One of these is on my list. And although, I like to think I might be wearing some great clothes as soon as this little guy leaves my body (yes, its an irrational idea I still believe, even with baby #4) the truth is, comfort is key (and so is some slouch). Here is a salute to an effort for post partum style.
Speaking of baby. Still no name. I’m spending time here this weekend to help sort it out. Or at least just add to my list.
I also plan to Tivo this. I know. She is my fav. What can I say?
This video is pretty hilarious, but the fact that I, *choke*, may or may not be looking at one of these this weekend is not so funny.
Hope your weekend is lovely!

Awwww. She looks so cute! I dressed up as Pipi for Halloween one year when I was little. My hair was so long and heavy, we had to use coat-hangers to get them to stick out.

Pippi is the living end! Absolutely precious!
I used to be such a DIY-er, and I truly miss it. I need to make more time for it AND the girls!
