happy halloween

Hello most awesome costume ever!  I don’t usually dress up for Halloween but if I did this would be it.  I loved this movie [the music, the voices, and all of the “what the cuss” was pretty entertaining] and I think these costumes are brilliant.  [costume by Burda Style + spied via Black Eiffel].

Here is Elle & L dressed up, not for Halloween but story book day at school.  They definitely turned out to be some of my fav last minute, easy peasy DIY costumes.  Pippi + Charlie Bucket.

Do you still dress up for Halloween?  What are you [or your kids] going as?

You’ve got a couple of cuties there. My Emerson is dressing as Minnie mouse. Not all that clever but she is beyond fired up over it. Which is a huge improvement over last year when she refused to wear a custom and I didn’t even fight it because I secretly hate the holiday. But I’m a big scrooge when it come to that stuff. In the end, I’m happy that she’s excited about it all.

Cute, I remember braiding red yarn around a hanger for a friend trying to be pippy when we were kids, love that you can just spray die kids hair these days! Our kids were a “wedding bride” (her words), and tigger.
