How has your week been lovelies? I took these pictures on walk this week. I know dandelions are a weed but I like them. I like yellow and I like making wishes (and this dandelion book). And, I tell you, this week I could use a wish or two. Last night, after a not so happy day, I backed into a stop sign at a retirement home. So I, naturally, ate a big cupcake when I got home and felt better for a total of 5 minutes. I’m hoping this weekend is only filled with happy days. Oh, but this is exciting….Elle’s room is being painted right now. Remember my inspiration board? These lights arrived today but they are a lot darker looking (bronze looking, actually) than in the picture. I’m probably going to have to return them. Have you seen any fun ones?
Well, whatever you are doing this weekend, I hope you steal a few moments for yourself and fill them with whatever it is that is relaxing to you!
Till next week! xo
< a F E W of my F A V E S this week >
01 / Love this colorful space where one of my fave writers whips up words into magic
02 / Two kid related reads I want….no…need. One + Two.
03 / Lady Brave. That is the name of a music mix, that I’m loving, and also what I’d like my kids to call me.
04 / Do you print out pictures or scrapbook or do you just overload your iPhoto like me? I love these thoughts on the subject + I’m ready to give this idea a try.
05 / Of course, I’m continuing my never ending quest for the best chocolate chip cookies. This recipe, which has a very interesting twist, is next on my list.
06 / I loved this weeks Monday Mess. Chocolate on the bedside table.
07 / And the coolest thing I’ve seen all week. This video is CRAZY amazing + I wish with all my heart I had one for each of my la la littles:

Ha Alexis!! ;)
That video was beautiful . I was transfixed. I wish too. Blah blah.
I’m kind of inspired just to put together a series of photos in a book every month. One from every month would give you a pretty good visual like that. And that’s why i love instagram. x
Great stuff T x

Such a great idea, Tracey. I find its not so hard taking the photo (if you are just doing a snapshot), its the organizing of the photos that I have such a hard time with. Maybe this year, I will get better at it :)

love these photos :) also, my bf gets so upset with a blow away the dandelion seeds because I spread the seeds, which grows more of the weed….but I just love them it’s hard to not ;) haha.
