Have you ever thought about painting on any of your canvas prints? I’ve done this before but not to this extent.

We had this canvas sitting around.  It was sort of a lemon actually.  When I ordered, I had a dark circle under Ella’s eye touched up and lets just say, without her painted on glasses, she looked a little baby on Botox / alienish.  So we decided to spruce up the canvas, have a little fun and see what happened.  I thought it would be a fun piece for Rocco’s party but, I have to tell you, this one is staying up.

SUPPLIES:

1.  A Canvas.  I order mine here (great prices + super customer service)
2.  Acrylic Paint
3,  Paint brushes (in a variety of sizes)
4.  Glitter or any emeblishment your heart desires (Mod Podge would work great w/embelishments)

Then have at it.  You can do as we did to a portrait or I love the idea of printing a beautiful scene from a vacation or special day and letting the little ones paint animals, dinosaurs or whatever they love, playing at the beach or wherever it is that your picture was taken.  It makes for a great piece of art that is personal in terms of both the photo and the painting.
