House Crush : Bianca Lee Vasquez

I’m totally crushing on the Parisian home of Bianca Lee Vasquez featured on The Socialite Family (I’ve told you about this site before, le sigh!).  I mean look at those rad pink and orange floors…..the pattern…the color (drool)!  The thing I adore about this home is that, somehow in the midst of  floors full of color and pretty  patterned wallpaper (see more here) this home has a very calming, serene and even neutral feel.  I’d love to be able to pull that off, somehow, someday.

Le sigh, is right! Vasquez took some beautiful risks in her home, and they all paid off and work to add a unique touch. I have a feeling I’m about to get lost in ‘amazingness’ when I pop over to that site.

That jumbled bookcase would drive me absolutely nutty! Haha. I would be tearing it apart and putting it back together in a very linear form. But, WOW at those windows.

That is too funny…. I would love to watch you work your magic on the bookcases! They are very Dr. Suess, no? xo .t

I totally agree- I noticed as well that even with that amazing bright graphic floor, it still seems very calming. The bright white and minimal design around the floor is a brilliant idea. And those curved windows – drool!

I know… such a great job. I always love color but love me some all white even more…so this somehow was the perfect balance for me! xo . t
