You guys, I’m working away on la la’s room (a.k.a. Ella’s room). I’ll be sharing bits and pieces about the room over the coming weeks and then doing a big reveal come mid August. Just in time for back to school.
Anyhow, see that picture in the top left corner? I got two of those little tables (you might have seen on my Instagram / @lalalovelythings) at the flea market and I plan to paint them, of course. I’m pretty sure I’m going to do some color blocking, dip dying or whatever this trend is called. I was thinking of painting the tables white and then a small portion of the leg in pink or orange. But now I’m thinking of maybe staying really simple?
You can see more on #lalasroom —> here + here.
And speaking of this trend, check out this Ikea table all gussied up. I cannot seem to find a narrow enough table for my entry and this just might do the trick.

What a great find, the tables are going to look great when you are done!
I have a little project to work on, I found a fantastic 1950’s dressing table. I am so excited. I need help with colours so if you have any suggestion, I will be posting soon for recommendations.
Can’t wait to see the room completed.
