I stumbled upon Nili Lotan while in NYC.  This little shop is located in Tribeca (loved Tribeca)) right around the corner from Hugh Jackman’s coffe shop Laughing Man).  One peek in the window and I coouldn’t not go in.  Yes, the clothing was gorgeous (as in completely simple, elegant and edgy all neatly knitted together in the form of a black sweater.  The kind of black sweater I’d end up wearing daily) but it was the decor of the shop that stopped me in my tracks.  I wanted to move into that storefront and not change one single thing.  All white, warm woods, industrial pieces, hand crafted, interesting furniture, black and white and more white.   It’s like pure peaceful tranquility meets quiet modern moments.  Ok, getting carried away with my words but you get the point.

Beautiful, right?!  And as, I began searching the inter webs I found Nili Lotan’s home featured in Rum Magazine is beyond gorgeous.
