hair color and cuts.

i think i might be done with ombre.  maybe.  anyone else?  i love looking at hair color and hair styles.  probably one of my favorite things to pin is hair inspiration.

here is my decision dilema.  do you want to chime in?  i’m off to do something today.

01 / i do like this lighter, more subtle version of ombre.  which i may try.  i know it looks like my hair is this color (my profile picture next to it looks similar but the way i’m shaking my hair is really showing my ombre ends.  my hair looks more like this, at least at the roots).

02 / i had this deal with myself that i was going to get in great shape and the cut my hair in sleek bob like this – but go super blonde.  obviously  this has not happened.  the getting in really great shape or the hair chop.

03 / the girl in the anthro catalog has caught my attention.  as in i think i might go for this.  lighter and a few more layers.  i love all the different ways she wears her hair throughout the catalog and how in different lighting it looks quite light and in other times a bit darker and moodier.

and if i was really daring (or a runway model) i just might really try this  . . .

that is if i had her bone structure and piercing blue eyes.

would you ever dare do something like this?  i love pinning some crazy hair too . . . see (green hair always had a bad rap but i’m kind of loving it).

what is you’re fave color and cut of the moment or the one that works best for you?

p.s. this hair product is rocking my summer.

I think you would love the layers of the Anthro girl. I’ve let my hair get longer and more layered and find it easier than ever to get dressed. Seems counter-intuitive. More hair, more time, right? But no…the layers lighten the look up AND make it quicker to dry.
Not so sure of the ombré look. Here in Texas it’s just called “You’re roots need doing”. Although I do love the darker hair underneath, lighter on the top layers.
And I would be that color gray in a heartbeat. My stylist assures me she cannot make me that color but I’m not sure I believe her. Just wish I would get over myself and turn a lovely shade of gray/white already but noooooo. Lots of gray strands through naturally dishwater hair… So I stick with being a bottle blonde.

Love the surf spray! I couldn’t live without it in the summer!

OOH that Anthro haircut & color is stunning! I would go with this one. The honey shades would look amazing during the summer and the layers are so versatile, especially when you pull your hair up into a pony to keep it off your neck and some of the front pieces fall out and layer your face…oh sweet summer. If I was brave enough to ever color my hair, I would definitely go for the shade she’s got!
