i’m crushing big time on the home of photographer dana van leeuwen (her home + photographs) which was featured in est magazine last year.  her home is located in amsterdam which makes me like it even more.  i’ve never been to amsterdam, but it’s inching its way up on my places to visit list.  my friend just got back and said it was magic, my sister and brother have both been, i’m part dutch, i have a dutch style bike, and when i took the facebook test (i know i know-  but you take them too, right?) to figure out what city i should be living in, my results said amsterdam.

i’d love a desk chair just like those brown leather ones.  have you seen any?

and, the kids bed is pretty great isn’t it?  i always wanted a little nook of a bed like that.  heck, i still do.
