LA LA Loving  . . .

Velvet goodness and decor love found at NO197 Chiswick Firestation in London. I’d really love to see this place in person, as the entire space is gorgeous. And if you’ve been around here for awhile then you’ll know that I think London is always a good idea.

Pink and burgundy – again. I wasn’t planning to be so thematic, but I suppose my taste is keen on keeping to a color palette or perhaps this is something subconscious to do with Valentine’s day? I can’t bear to think about making cards or boxes for school, but color I can do.

Blood orange and black sesame cake because it looks divine and sounds rather delicious (recipe here).

What’s for you will not pass you. Sometimes it’s just a timing issue…so hold on lovely one. I’m seeing it to be true in my life. A sweet friend gave me an Alex and Ani bracelet with this saying and it’s so special to me.

Penny loafers. I had a pair in, fifth or sixth grade, and they reminded me of my Dad’s shoes – they still do and I want a pair just as bad as I did then.  This modern take from Everlane is gorgeous.
