Banoffee Pie Pavlova. First, I have to ask if you have ever had Banoffee pie? My first time to England, just out of high school, I ordered a slice in a pub and was smitten. Toffee, bananas, and chocolate. My British friends told me how to make the pie and I’ve been making it for over twenty years. It’s always a hit. Pavlova, on the other hand, is somewhat new to me. I’ve watched Nigella make it many times, have attempted it on an occasion or two, and always indulge when my Aussie friend makes it to perfection. The idea of mixing the two desserts sounds divine. I’m gonna give it a go in the next week or two. And perhaps you might want to.

Pearls in the hair. I’m certain this is bridal, but I like to think about my hair being tangled up with jewels from sea. Speaking of bridal hair accessories…I’m smiten with this hair ornament. Would you wear something like this?
