La La Loving

Here’s what I’m la la loving this week . . .

How the French Live: Modern French Style by Siham Mazouz of French by Design blog. I’ve been waiting with anticipation for Si’s book and I have to tell you, it does not disappoint. I confess, I love design books, but this book is beyond. It is story. Si explores her native French culture through the lens of 14 French families living in the U.S., France and Morroco. Not only does she beautifully capture their homes, she shares their stories, values, traditions and even family recipes. I’m always fascinated to see how other’s live–learning about their traditions and values…aren’t you?

I think you’ll la la love this book too.

this metal monstera leaf banner. So fun for party decor or everyday living.

this Free People linen blend top. I tried it on the other week and regret not buying it. It’s super comfy and chic.

this quote by Atticus. There is so much that comes out of quiet. Things have been so busy and loud in my life, lately. I’m craving time for quiet, waiting, listening, hearing. Do you find quiet time necessary too?

this article (and this gorgeous vintage photo found here): The Last Conversation You’ll Ever Need to Have About Eating Right by Mark Bittman and David L. Katz. If you find yourself in constant conversation (or researching) about intermittent fasting, keto, paleo, juicing and every other so-called healthy life-changing fad–read this. It’s long, but funny and very extensive and sensible. I’m keeping this one bookmarked.

Happy week, Lovelies!
