A 30 Day Gratitude Journal For You

Did you know that gratitude is known to reduce stress and has a tremendous impact on our mental and physical health (fewer aches and pain, better sleep, etc.).

Gratitude is good for us! God’s Word tells us so, and research confirms it.

I should like to tell you that I’m a pro at giving thanks, but I’m not. I get caught up in the same loops that you probably do. I often catch myself focusing on what is wrong, rather than what is right. It’s not something I’m proud of. One thing I know about change is that the first step is awareness/observation/identifying. I’m very much in the stage of becoming more aware of what had always been subconscious reactive behavior. “Catching yourself” is good work. It’s from this place that we can reframe our thoughts, attitudes, and reactions. We can notice the inevitable pattern of focusing on what’s wrong and decide to give attention to what is good and right.

A great way to begin to change our patterns is to get ahead of the game. To go ahead give attention to what we’ve been given.

We all have many things to be grateful for. I’d love to help you “notice” the gifts and beauty in your life.

My ALL NEW 30-Day Gratitude Journal will help you practice gratitude and, in turn, take steps to positively impact your mental health.
