Happy Friday lovely ones.  It’s Thursday night and my heart is full.  Full with gratefulness for so many good things going on right now.  Things I could have never planned or dreamed up on my own.  And yet, at the same time my heart is full with some things that are not so happy.  Do you ever think about how you can feel such strong emotions from opposite ends of the spectrum all within moments of each other?  Sometimes it baffles me.  But, with each passing day, I’m learning, figuring out that this is what life is.  Life is made up of moments.  Some moments are thrilling, beautiful, joyous and grand.  And others are painful, raw, humbling, and upsetting. Usually, when I’m in one of these moments, whether grand or gutting, I find that I completely loose sight of the regular moments.  The ones that are neither too high nor too low but rather steady and the same.  The everyday moments.  They are, after all, the ones that make up most of our days.  I overlook these moments too often.  Either they can be overshadowed by the painful moments or ignored all together while in pursuit of the high moments.  As always, I’m hoping to find myself smack dab in the middle.  I want to take it all in….celebrate in the good moments and have a good cry in the hard times.  And then when those moments are good and lived, I hope to live the heck out of the regular, boring, everyday moments.  Living it, feeling it, remembering it….this is the stuff life is made of and each moment I live makes me who I am.

I’m hoping to live all kinds of everyday moments moments this weekend.  What about you?
